Why I made this

I wanted a parallax wallpaper for my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, made with Wonderland in Good Lock.

So I built Seedscape: a wallpaper and video generator with no AI in it. Every scene is drawn by code from a seed number, split into transparent layers you can stack in Wonderland, and can be turned into a seamless looping video. It runs in your browser and keeps working offline once the page has loaded.

There is no sign-up, and nothing is stored on a server. Everything is drawn on your own device and saved straight to it.

Your feedback is welcome. If you like it, share it.

How a scene is built

Every wallpaper is a stack of plates.

Seedscape builds a landscape back to front, the way a paper diorama is cut: the sky first, then the far peaks, then the hills, then the pines in front. Move across the drawing to pull the stack apart, and point at a plate to light it.

Because the plates stay separate, you can download each one as a transparent PNG for a parallax effect in a game or on a website, or let them drift at different speeds into a seamless loop.

What it makes

One seed, fourteen ways to draw it.

On the desk, every wallpaper has three modes: Still, Layers and Loop. Switch with 1, 2 and 3.

The same scene and seed in every style. Roll a seed above to change them.

Stills

5K by default, up to 8K, plus Full HD, 2K, 4K and ultrawide, horizontal or vertical, plus phone sizes. Pick a palette from PICO-8 to Game Boy, or let it pull one from the scene. Save one PNG or a ZIP of a whole batch.

Parallax layers

Split any wallpaper into 3, 4 or 5 transparent PNGs, each a little larger than the screen so it can slide without showing an edge. Preview the depth before you save.

Seamless loops

Layers drift at their own speeds while rain falls, stars twinkle and fires flicker. The last frame meets the first, so it plays forever without a jump. Each loop gets its own soundtrack from the same seed: chiptune for pixel art, lo-fi keys for CRT, neon synth for AMOLED, with rain, waves or birdsong to match the scene.
